TerraSana – Arrow Root Powder 200gr
Arrowroot is a Japanese binder that is made from the arrowroot plant. The powder effectively binds soups, sauces and (hot) desserts and has a neutral taste. Also ideal for replacing eggs in sweet baking. Arrowroot is vegan and gluten free!
Arrowroot is very suitable for binding soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. Dissolve the arrowroot in cold water before adding it to the warm liquid. Use approximately 5 grams of arrowroot to bind 250 ml of water.
