Dark tahini is a delicious, sustainably made sesame paste that is made up of 100% (unhulled) sesame seeds. The rich, slightly savoury flavour works in both sweet and savoury dishes.
Dark tahini is made in a CO2-neutral way from 100% unhulled sesame seeds. A pure, organic sesame butter with a rich, slightly savoury flavour. Tahini is delicious as a basis for dressings and sauces, such as in combination with miso. But tahini also works very well in sweet bakes, breakfast and smoothies. You can enjoy the delicious taste responsibly!
How to use: Add 2 tablespoons to your homemade hummus. Add it to a savoury (bread) mix. Make a sauce of tahini, sesame oil, genmai su and tamari.
How to keep it: After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
