Organic sprouted bread is made without yeast or sourdough. It is made from only spelt and water. A unique bread that is wonderfully creamy and nutritious. Ideal as a substantial lunch.
This organic ancient bread contains no yeast or sourdough: it is really made only from spelt and water. Sprouted bread is made by sprouting the spelt grains for 2-3 days and then baking the loaf at a low temperature (110 °C – 130 °C). This means that the maximum amount of nutrients and fibre are retained. It is a deliciously substantial bread that you don’t need too much of, as it is highly nutritious. Delicious with miso and nut butter, homemade hummus or chocolate spread.
How to use it
Toast a slice in a sandwich toaster to make it extra tasty!
How you keep it
After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days in an airtight container.
