Smoked Shoyu is used both in the kitchen and at the table to enhance the flavor of broths, soups, sautéed vegetables, pies and quiches, simmered dishes, salad dressings, pickles or in wok dishes. Essential for the preparation of vegan barbecue sauces, to marinate vegetables and vegetable proteins.
