These crispy cakes with 55% buckwheat and enriched with flax seeds and quinoa, gives delicious flavour. A bit of rice and a square shape are used in order to guarantee the structure of the cake. The buckwheat cakes with flax seeds are rich in fibre, source of protein and guaranteed gluten free.
Use
Can be enjoyed with a spread for breakfast, also delicious as a bread replacement at meals, or as a light snack.
